Genie Theile

Genie joined the staff of Central Broward Animal Hospital in 1998 and is our client care manager. She considers the staff and the clients at Central Broward Animal Hospital to be a second family and is thankful to be able to work with such wonderful people and their pets. Genie is also proud to be a part of the bond the hospital shares with the Plantation, Florida community. She has a sense of humor and special connection to our more senior clients and loves seeing our clients’ relief at hearing good news about their pet.

A Hawthorne, New York native, Genie is a graduate of the State University of New York at Genesco, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Education.

Genie and her husband, Skip, have two grown children, Sara and Gavin. At home, they care for two Dachshunds, Bella and Bentley, and a cat named Rocky. She also loves her three grand-dogs, Blane, Blaze, and Buster. In her free time, Genie enjoys photography and astronomy and learning how to master the telescope.
