Dear Central Broward Animal Hospital Family
I have heard many concerns from clients about the future availability of their pet’s healthcare as well concerns about their own safety and well being if a visit to our hospital is needed during this trying time.
I AM WRITING TO PERSONALLY ASSURE EVERYONE THAT BOTH MYSELF AND THE STAFF ARE HERE TO HELP INSURE THAT ALL OF OUR FAMILIES’ PETS ARE WELL CARED FOR AS WELL AS WE HAVE DONE FAITHFULLY FOR THE PAST 33 YEARS.

Additionally, we are following CDC’s guidelines as closely as possible to help protect all visitors’ and staff’s health.
To help you we are now:

1) OPTIONAL CURBSIDE SERVICE – If you are concerned, we are now temporarily offering curbside service. We can come to your car and take your pet from you or bring your medications or food to you. Call us for more information.

2) CUSTOM SMARTPHONE APP – This offers you close communication with us for quick appointment requests and medication refills while also offering many other COOL features at the touch of a button!

Additional steps we are taking to continue to provide a safe and clean environment include, but are not limited to, the following

  • We are practicing social distancing, per CDC recommendations, at our hospital.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces and high-traffic areas throughout the clinic.
  • We continue to disinfect exam rooms between clients and patients with CDC-approved disinfectants.
  • We sanitize EVERYTHING from top to bottom and will be paying closer attention to things touched by clients on a normal basis. All staff members, as always, maintain strict hygiene protocols between patients.
